The third edition of Big Guns in Cowtown will welcome back event host Hal Jay, host of the WBAP Morning News, alongside other celebrity “big guns” including TCU head football coach Gary Patterson and professional shotgun shooter and Team Beretta USA superstar Travis Mears. Mayor Betsy Price and “Top Cop”, Fort Worth Police Chief Jeff Halstead will also be in attendance. The evening’s celebrity bartenders will include Fritz Rahr, founder and owner of Rahr & Sons Brewing Company, and Troy Robertson, distiller and proprietor of Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co. Guests will sip fine spirits, beer and wine, dine on hors d’oeuvres and peruse a gallery of Beretta shotguns, luxury watches and other “big boys toys.” The event’s agenda also includes raffle prize drawings and a live auction presented by auctioneer Matt Blevins. “We’ve been very blessed to garner such wonderful support for the brave men and women of the Fort Worth Police Department.
