The U.S Chamber of Commerce Foundation along with lead sponsors Capital One, Carmax, Fedex, Grant Thornton, La Quinta and the Texas Rangers will host a Hiring our Heroes Hiring Expo for transitioning service members and military spouses Sept. 16 at Globe Life Park, 1000 Ball Park Way in Arlington.
Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with employers looking to hire all ranks and levels of experience.
The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. with an employment workshop focused on resume building and interview techniques. The hiring expo will follow the workshop from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
All pre-registered participants will be eligible to receive up to two discounted tickets to the evening’s Rangers vs Athletics game, while supplies lasts.
