Allen Samuels acquires Camp Bowie building for auto location

Allen Samuels Realty of Waco, the real estate arm of Allen Samuels Direct, has acquired an 8,435-square-foot building at 8312 Camp Bowie West.

Bill Bledsoe, Vice President of Investments at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented both parties in the transaction of the 8,435-square-foot building on 1.78 acres at 8312 Camp Bowie West The seller was Hargrove Interests, LLC of Dallas.

“This is a new location and expansion in Fort Worth for automotive retailer Allen Samuels Direct,” said Bledsoe. “The property will primarily be used for automotive sales and some service.”

Allen Samuels Direct is a full-service automobile retail sales and service destination. They offer a variety of popular priced and luxury cars, trucks and SUVs.
