McKINNEY, Texas (AP) — Police say a man has been charged in the fatal shooting of his estranged wife and her twin sister in an attack at a North Texas house.
Collin County jail records show 50-year-old Kelley Eugene Bigham of McKinney was being held Tuesday on a charge of capital murder of multiple persons.
McKinney police on Monday afternoon responded to a domestic violence call. Officer Sabrina Boston says police found the bodies of 49-year-olds Karen Bigham and Kathy Boobar.
The suspect was arrested Monday night in Rains County. Online records don’t list an attorney to speak for Kelley Bigham, whose bond was set at $1.5 million.
Investigators are trying to determine what led to the shootings. Police didn’t immediately say who called for help.
