Uptown Village at Cedar Hill has been renamed Hillside Village, with H&M confirmed as the Dallas shopping center’s newest tenant.
According to Trademark Property Inc., the Fort Worth-based developer of the 610,000-square-foot center, the changes are part of a multimillion-dollar transformation to attract a broader trade area and pay homage to the surrounding neighborhood.
“The new brand was selected to reflect the planned improvements to Hillside Village,” reads a Trademark news release.
Those improvements include enhanced entrances, upgraded landscaping and common area improvements, a new children’s play area and new signage.
