The Shops at Cheek Sparger has been sold, with a private investor acquiring the 27,413-square-foot retail property at 3700 Cheek Sparger Road in Bedford.
Bill G. Jordan of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, whose name was not disclosed, also was secured by Jordan.
