Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Immotion Studios promoted Jonathan Graf from Web specialist and designer to art director. Graf joined the Fort Worth advertising agency in 2009.

Architecture & Engineering MULTATECH hired Dennis Barry as senior mechanical engineer. Previously with Meers Engineering, Barry has won the Texas Combined Heat and Power Initiative’s “Project of the Year” in 2013 and 2012.

Aviation Bob Taylor of Executive AirShare Corp. stepped down as chairman and CEO at the end of 2013. Keith Plumb, president and COO, assumed the additional role of CEO effective Jan. 1. Taylor becomes chairman emeritus and founder and will remain an active board member. Taylor and Plumb started Executive AirShare in 2000 in Wichita, Kan.

Banking & Finance Brad Marshall has been named a vice president and will be the senior officer at Pinnacle Bank’s Fossil Creek Branch. He has been with Pinnacle in Burleson. Whitley Penn promoted Aaron Ballard and Elise Padgett of its Fort Worth litigation support team to managers and Adam Powell in Fort Worth audit to senior. Additionally, Michael Arnell, Christy Cates, Terry Cosand and Thomas Stewart have been named partners with the firm. Boards & Organizations Matthew K. Rose, -chief executive officer of BNSF Railway Co., started a three-year term Jan. 1 on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

Government Brian Dickerson, director of human resources with the city of Mesquite, is the new human resources director for the city of Fort Worth. Dickerson was regional vice president for CIGNA HealthCare’s government and education segment in Plano before moving in 2011 to Mesquite, where he was responsible for HR and risk management. He also was HR director for the city of Farmers Branch, was an HR manager for the city of Arlington, and worked with the state of Texas as a regional director in the Department of Human Resources and as an HR management director in the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. Patrice Randle is the new auditor for the city of Fort Worth. Randle had been auditor for the city of Arlington since May 2006.

Health Care Dr. Judy Laviolette has been named chief medical officer of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne. Laviolette formerly was internal medicine/hospitalist section chief for Overton Brooks Veterans Affairs Medical Center and assistant professor of medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.

Honors & Awards Consuro Managed Technology earned the first Dell Social Media Partner of the Year Award, which honors a Dell partner for its ability to leverage social media for its own business initiatives, while also collaborating and engaging with Dell via social platforms to promote Dell solutions. Pavlik and Associates is a top award recipient in the MarCom Creative Awards 2013 international competition. The firm won for its “We Work Where You Play” campaign for Beckmen, Cherkassky, Dean & Associates Law, a local energy law firm with offices across the U.S. This year’s recipients of awards from the American Institute of Architects’ Fort Worth chapter include: Honorary AIAFW Member, Jody Ulich, president, Arts Council of Fort Worth & Tarrant County; Quality in Construction Award, James Vreeland, president, Vreeland Construction Inc.; Excellence in Sustainable Development Award, Jim Oliver, general manager, Tarrant Regional Water District; James R. AIAFW Design Awards-Merit Award recipients are Casa Di Vetro, Norman Ward Architect; Elizabeth Hoggatt Whatley Agricultural Complex, VLK Architects; 714 Main, Schwarz-Hanson Architects; restoration of the Tarrant County Courthouse clock tower, Arthur Weinman Architects; and The Midland Project, Richard Wintersole Architect. The awards will be presented during a banquet Jan. 25 in Fort Worth.

Radio & Television Robby Bowen has been promoted to general sales manager for 105.3 The FAN (KRLD-FM). Bowen joined CBS Radio Dallas-Fort Worth in February 2005 as an account executive for the station, which was at that time KLLI-FM. He later was local sales manager and most recently served as senior account director.

Real Estate Jim Nowell has joined CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners as a director in Fort Worth, specializing in tenant representation for the office and retail sectors. Most recently, Nowell was involved with office and retail sales, acquisitions and tenant representation at both Kenneth Jones Real Estate and Centra Partners in Fort Worth. Prior to his tenure in commercial real estate, he operated three retail apparel locations in the Tarrant County area. He also has experience re-negotiating notes for distressed residential properties at NTex Realty and coordinating the leasing efforts for Fleet Oil and Gas. The LaSalle Group promoted John Barbee to executive vice president. Currently, the company has more than 30 Autumn Leaves memory care communities, 10 of which are in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Barbee will play a key role in developing additional memory care communities. He joined The LaSalle Group in 2006 as a project manager in the construction division. He advanced to become vice president of construction, and in 2012, his responsibilities were expanded to include vice president of design and development.
