Fort Worth’s West 7th development is investing $4 million in a renovation that should be complete by the holidays, the development’s management company said.
The renovation includes ambient lighting, greenery and landscaping, seating, improved garage signage and directional signage, an event space and children’s play area, Vestar, West 7th’s management company, said.
Construction will begin in October.
The event space will be at Crockett Square, in the middle of Tillman’s Roadhouse, Thirteen Pies (the newly renamed Fireside Pies), Hacienda San Miguel, and Rafain Brazilian Steakhouse.
It will “provide a defined space for our many attractions such as weekly live music and monthly events,” Max Holderby, West 7th’s general manager, said.
Access to parking garages won’t be affected by the renovations, Vestar said.
The 13-acre development includes Waters Bonnell’s Coastal Cuisine, Movie Tavern, LA Fitness, Kona Grill, Flirt Boutique, WRARE, Bar Louie, and Toni & Guy.
