Cliburn International Piano Competition offers new premium subscription

A new premium subscription package is available for the 2025 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, the Cliburn announced Tuesday. The Gold Medal Patron subscription replaces the Platinum and Golden Circle packages offered for previous competitions.

The Seventeenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition will be held May 21-June 7, 2025, at TCU’s Van Cliburn Concert Hall and the Bass Performance Hall in downtown Fort Worth.

Gold Medal Patrons for the Cliburn competition – described by The New York Times as “one of the most prestigious contests in classical music” – will enjoy prime seating for the competition and awards ceremony plus a number of other exclusive benefits, including:

  • Gold Medal Lounge access – Big screen, refreshments, and comfortable seating; open prior to and after concerts, as well as during intermissions and jury voting.
  • Invitation to special events – Opening dinner & draw party; Gold Medal Patron party; closing reception.
  • Valet parking purchase option – Valet parking at TCU and Bass Performance Hall for the entire competition.
  • Seventeenth competition program book.

Gold Medal Patron subscriptions are available in two options: Complete, which includes tickets and benefits for all 27 concerts and the awards ceremony; and Semifinal & Final Round, which includes tickets and benefits for the 13 concerts at Bass Hall.

The Complete option is priced at $2,500 (orchestra seating throughout) or $2,900 (box tier seating at Bass Hall). Semifinal & Final Round pricing is $2,200 for orchestra seating or $2,650 for box tier seating.
