This event is free and open to the public and will showcase the progress and upcoming plans for the North Tarrant Express (NTE). Segments 1 and 2 of the NTE are now in their third year of construction, and construction on I-35W north of I-820 (3B) will begin in May, with I-35W south of I-820 (3A) beginning later this year. The open house will feature maps and visuals, schematics of the road design, and information on traffic management and aesthetics.
