Holland Services hires new senior VP

Lee Graham Reporter   Holland Services of Fort Worth has hired John Sabia as senior vice president of integrated asset management.   “Holland is extremely fortunate to add someone of John’s background,” said president and CEO Robert Gaudin in a news release. “John’s knowledge of the exploration and production industry, his industry contacts and his leadership characteristics make him the leader we were seeking to fill this sector of our business,” Gaudin said. As senior vice president, Sabia will manage the company’s asset management department that provides services pertinent to managing clients’ energy interests. Those include identifying asset opportunities, overseeing the monetization of assets, and accounting services. Prior to joining Holland Services, Sabia invested capital on behalf of clients at Goldman Sachs & Co. He received a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill. Prior to graduate school, he worked in a family-owned company and served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army, where he earned the Bronze Star in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
