FORT WORTH, TX (April 21, 2025) — In an effort to better accommodate taxpayers
during the property protest period, the front lobby hours will be temporarily extended to
7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., effective Monday, April 21. These extended hours will remain in
place through approximately May 30, aligning with the conclusion of the protest season.
While phone hours will continue to operate on the standard 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
schedule, the expanded lobby hours are intended to offer added flexibility for
homeowners and residential properties needing to file protests or exemptions in person,
especially before or after traditional work hours.
