Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Lizza Connor to Senior Vice President of Client Services. In this pivotal new role, Connor will spearhead the enhancement and strategic alignment of HLC’s client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service across all company lines.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and team leadership, Connor’s responsibilities will expand to include client care initiatives, property management, and property accounting service lines, in addition to her continued oversight of strategic marketing, PR, and business development. She will focus on developing and implementing effective methods for customer satisfaction, communication, innovation, and problem-solving, leveraging performance data to drive continuous service improvements.
Before joining HLC in 2024, Connor held a distinguished career overseeing marketing and business development for Istation (now Amira Learning), where she was instrumental in accelerating revenue growth through comprehensive brand awareness, digital marketing, public relations, client engagement, and demand generation strategies. Her background spans the entertainment and technology sectors, bringing a unique and creative perspective to commercial real estate.

Connor is a Texas real estate license holder and an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She received her education from Carson-Newman University and Oxford University in England.
