Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) has announced the promotion of Bryce Orr to the position of Chief Financial Officer. In this new capacity, Orr will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and operations at HLC.
Since first joining HLC in 2019, Orr has served in a variety of roles across different business functions. Orr managed HLH, the family office of Founder and Executive Chairman Holt Lunsford. He also served as Senior Vice President over leasing operations, overseeing the coordination and administration of strategic initiatives for leasing operations across all divisions and offices.
As the SVP, he handled the coordination and administration of strategic leasing initiatives across all company divisions and offices, while also collaborating with executive leadership on company-wide strategic planning. During that time, Orr was credited with a variety of important accomplishments, including streamlining leasing operations, enhancing cross-divisional coordination, and contributing to strategic business development initiatives that strengthened HLC’s operational efficiency.
Prior to joining HLC, Orr worked as a CPA for Ernst & Young in the Fort Worth office, performing financial statement audits on both public and private organizations. Orr graduated from Abilene Christian University with a BBA and a master’s degree in accounting, and later attended SMU where he received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in corporate finance.
