Variosystems relaunches Southlake facility, Expands North American EMS manufacturing
capabilities and technology expertise
Southlake, Texas – On September 9, 2025, Variosystems celebrated the relaunch of its U.S. facility
in Southlake, Texas. After months of redesign and reorganization, the opening marked more than
just the return to a modernized production site—it was a moment to reconnect with our teams,
partners, and the local community.
Together with Mayor Shawn McCaskill and City Council of Southlake, employees and guests
enjoyed live music, good food, and an atmosphere that reflected the strong spirit behind this
milestone.
The redesign of the 65,000 sq. ft. facility follows three guiding goals:
- creating a production environment that best supports efficiency and sustainable growth,
- strengthening a USMCA-compliant, high-quality electronics supply chain in North
America, and - building a solid foundation for future investments and even closer collaboration with our
customers.
At the same time, the Southlake site is evolving into a hub for enhanced Box Build Assembly
(BBA) capabilities. With optimized workflows and more advanced assembly services,
Variosystems strengthens its electronics manufacturing capabilities to deliver integrated solutions
more effectively and with greater proximity to our North American customers.
The relaunch is both a celebration of what we have achieved and the starting point for what lies
ahead—expanding our capabilities step by step to create more value, capacity, and innovation for
the region.
