DALLAS – Amid strong Q2 leasing activity, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has completed 14 transactions, primarily industrial, to shore up 74,585 sf in North Texas.
Bradford’s leasing flurry crisscrosses seven cities, with the largest transaction being cut for 917 Business Park in the deal stack’s only outlier city, Alvarado. Nova Sports Arena Mansfield LLC leased 13,600 sf at 12544 E. FM 917, a three-building industrial project owned by Richard and Kathy Suess, who were represented by Todd Lambeth, executive vice president and managing partner, and Cade Navarro, broker associate, in Bradford’s Fort Worth office.
“To the region’s credit, industrial leasing activity and absorption have remained strong with rental rate growth still around 3%, which is expected to continue into 2026. The market remains resilient despite challenges of a high vacancy rate and trade uncertainties,” says Michael W. Spain, executive vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford.
Bradford’s latest transactions reflect companies’ appetite for commercial space in the following submarkets:
