Region, strengthening its commitment to clients, communities, and continued growth.
Sean Shope – Texas Regional President
Sean Shope has been promoted to Texas Regional President. Sean joined GPB in February 2025
and brings more than 30 years of banking experience in Northeast Tarrant County, specializing in
commercial and real estate relationships.
Ryan Wall – Texas Division President (Ft. Worth, Southlake, Irving)
Ryan Wall has been named Texas Division President for the Ft. Worth, Southlake, and Irving
markets. Ryan joined GPB in 2023 as Ft. Worth Market President and brings more than 25 years in
the financial industry, including 15 years serving the Keller, TX area.
Travis Parker – Ft. Worth Market President
Travis Parker has been promoted to Ft. Worth Market President. Travis joined GPB in May 2025 as
Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. He brings 20 years of lending and credit
experience, primarily in Northeast Tarrant County.
Doug Heck – Southlake Market President
Doug Heck joins GPB as Southlake Market President. With 26 years of executive leadership in
financial services, Doug has held senior positions at Mastercard, Arvest Bank, and Wells Fargo. He
is recognized for driving growth through innovation, customer-focused strategies, and building
strong teams.
