Integris’ Brad Giddens Holds Leadership Position with Largest State Community Banking Association in the Nation

The Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) is proud to announce that Brad Giddens, Director of Sales for the Financial Institutions Division at Integris, now serves as Chairman of the IBAT Associate Member Advisory Council. Giddens was elected to this position during the association’s 51st annual convention held September 20-23 in Fort Worth.

As Director of Sales for the Financial Institutions Division at Integris, Giddens leads strategic initiatives to support community banks with tailored IT, cybersecurity, and compliance-focused solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience in business development, management, and client strategy, he has developed a deep understanding of the unique technology and regulatory challenges facing community banks.

Prior to his role at Integris, Giddens held leadership positions at CalTech, a managed IT services provider specializing in banking institutions, which later merged with Integris. Brad is known for his client-focused approach and dedication to helping community banks remain competitive, secure, and independent in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

In his role on the Associate Member Advisory Council, Giddens joins Vice-Chairman Gordon Dobner of Forvis Mazars, Andrew Fix of HC3, Brett Murphy of Whitley Penn LLP, Jennifer Adcock of Qualtik, Sanjay Bhaskar of revio., Kathrynn Cavanaugh of Kameo Marketing LLC, Brent Standefer, Jr. of Fenimore Kay Harrison LLP, and Cynthia Glover of Kristopher James Company.
