FORT WORTH, Tx. — JTaylor, an independent accounting firm that provides tax, assurance and consulting services to clients in Fort Worth and throughout the country, announced the promotions of Daniela Arroyo, CPA, and Cole Hadley, CPA, to Partner. “These promotions mark a long track record of success for both Daniela and Cole. This is one of the most personally rewarding parts of my role,” said Managing Partner Michael Malloy. “It is also an indication of a healthy firm providing support to grow and reward leaders like Daniela and Cole. We are incredibly fortunate to have them on our team.” Arroyo and Hadley have stood out as client service professionals and are key contributors to the firm’s tax division leadership. They are also active in the Fort Worth community.
Arroyo graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2013 and joined JTaylor shortly thereafter. Her areas of expertise include corporate, partnership and individual income tax, with an emphasis on estates and trusts, real estate, and healthcare clients. She was named to the Fort Worth Business Press “40 Under 40” list in 2023 and recognized that same year as one of the “50 Emerging Leaders” by the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She also is active in the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors for North Texas Area Community Health Centers.
Hadley graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accounting. He worked at a CPA firm in Amarillo before joining JTaylor in 2019. He has served clients in a wide range of industries during his career, with a focus on agriculture, oil and gas, and real estate. He also serves clients with substantial net worth and/or complex holdings. In 2024 he participated in the Leading Edge program with Leadership Fort Worth. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accounts and serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame.
