LanCarte Commercial Real Estate Completes Full Lease Up in upcoming Westside District

Fort Worth, TEXAS 76107 DECEMBER 2025-LanCarte Commercial Real Estate has completed the lease up of a 37,445 square foot former industrial building converted into modern creative office space in West Fort Worth, achieving full occupancy with long term tenants CK Family Services, Tarrant County GOP, and United Way of Tarrant County.
Sarah LanCarte and Finn Wilson represented the landlord in the recent lease up. Located at 201 N. Rupert Street, the property is owned by brothers Rob and John Lydick of HFW Capital Partners, one of the earliest ownership groups to begin repositioning buildings in the area into high quality creative offices. The Lydick brothers envisioned transforming an aging warehouse into a contemporary space tailored to organizations seeking authenticity and character, and they personally office in the building today.

Positioned between the new Westside Drive (formerly White Settlement Road) and University Drive, with the Trinity River directly to the north and the N. Henderson Street roundabout to the east, this district of Fort Worth is on the cusp of dramatic change over the next five to ten years. Adjacent to Larkspur Capital’s 1.7-billion- dollar, 37-acre Westside Village mixed use development, the project reflects early confidence in a corridor experiencing major reinvestment and urban revitalization.
LanCarte is also located in the district. The company relocated its headquarters to the area in 2021, converting a similar warehouse into modern office space alongside Vaquero Ventures. This building is now home to LanCarte Commercial, Vaquero Ventures, and Schwarz Hanson Architects.

The district continues to attract forward thinking companies and placemaking users, with recent additions including Cullen Yards, a new event venue, Agency Habitat’s creative office, Fort Brewery, and others.
