Tarrant 911 District Marks 40 Years with New Headquarters at Willow Springs Building

Tarrant 911 District has relocated its headquarters and operations center to the Willow Springs office building in Haslet, TX, coinciding with the District’s 40th anniversary of providing 911 service to Tarrant County and its partner cities.
The move brings leadership, operations, and support staff together under one roof in a
modern, purpose-designed facility.
Willow Springs is a three-story, 54,000-square-foot office building located at 12600 Willow
Springs Road in Haslet. Designed as a contemporary, flexible commercial building, it now
serves as the District’s consolidated home for mission-critical operations, with efficient
floor plates, high visibility in a growing corridor, and infrastructure capable of supporting
secure, technology-intensive uses.
Archiphy, PLLC served as designer and architect of record for the building shell, site and
common areas, creating a robust envelope and public spaces that can accommodate
high-performing building systems, controlled access, and future adaptability. The design
supports tenants with complex operational needs such as Tarrant 911 District while
contributing a modern commercial presence to the fast-growing north Fort Worth area.
The new headquarters reflects an ongoing public-safety investment in the region and adds
a critical services anchor to the expanding business base around the area.
