PRIM Construction is excited to announce they have completed construction of the new Hiley Acura Dealership on Loop 820. Designed by Jim Stephenson and Scott Garland of VLK Architects, the new building delivers a sophisticated modern design and feel compared to the previous dealership, setting a new standard for luxury automotive retail spaces. The 37,000 square-foot facility features a 15,000 square-foot showroom designed to showcase the latest in automotive excellence, along with 26 service bays, and a fully automated car wash with detail bays. PRIM was assisted by Worth Engineering, handling the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering), and Flanagan Associates worked on the Civil Engineering for the project.
In alignment with the future of the industry, the updated Hiley Acura Dealership caters to the growing demand for electric vehicles, featuring state-of-the-art EV vehicles and charging stations. PRIM Construction is proud to partner with the Hiley Auto Group to bring this innovative and luxurious dealership to life, enhancing the car buying experience for customers in the West Fort Worth Area and improving Hiley’s presence around Loop 820.
“On a project like this, the details are the difference,” said Trent Prim. “When potential buyers walk into a luxury dealership, it needs to feel luxurious. Our team spends countless hours worrying about the tiniest of details so that when the job is done, it doesn’t need to be redone.“
