LanCarte Commercial has leased a large-scale warehouse at
1201 Avenue S, Suite 200 in Grand Prairie, Texas, representing Brightmore Brands. The facility will serve
as a centralized hub to support and scale the company’s growing thrift retail platform across North
Texas. The transaction was led by Parker LanCarte and Mark Boone with LanCarte Commercial and co-brokered by Chris Routledge with Westbrook Real Estate.
The warehouse will centralize donation intake, sorting, and distribution for multiple store banners,
including Texas Thrift and Eco Thrift.
“This facility will help Brightmore Brands move inventory more smoothly, make operations at each store
easier, and support their growth across the region,” said Parker LanCarte. “By bringing their logistics
together in one central location, they’re set up to scale efficiently as their retail footprint across DFW
