Crimson Chemicals Lands First U.S. Deal to Bring Hypercell Technologies’ 1-Hour Pathogen Testing to Market
FORT WORTH, TEXAS & ITHACA, N.Y. – April 27, 2026 – Crimson Chemicals has secured the first U.S. distribution agreement for Hypercell Technologies’ rapid microbiological testing platform, a move aimed at replacing days-long laboratory testing with on-site results in under one hour.
The partnership positions Crimson Chemicals to introduce a new generation of DNA-based diagnostics across the food industry, where companies have long relied on offsite laboratories and multi-day turnaround times to detect contamination.
