ON Running, which will bring its premium performance footwear and apparel to Southlake Town Square in a 6,000-square-foot space at 415 Grand Avenue East, between Alo and Sunglass Hut. Known for its innovative design and Swiss-engineered technology, ON Running has become a global leader in athletic performance and lifestyle footwear. Its location in Southlake Town Square will open in the second half of the year, and will be the first ON store in Tarrant County.

Reformation, the sustainable fashion brand known for its effortless silhouettes and environmentally conscious practices, will open in a 2,007-square-foot space at 213 Grand Avenue, near lululemon and YETI, the brand’s first retail location in Tarrant County. Reformation has built a loyal following for its combination of style, sustainability and transparency, including celebrity fans such as Taylor Swift, Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Jennifer Aniston and others.

Crate & Barrel is expected to open near Independence Day in a 18,945-square-foot space at 321 State Street, next to Tyler’s. The beloved home furnishings retailer offers modern furniture, housewares and décor, providing timeless style and functional design for every room in the home.

Ascension Coffee is set to open in August at 100 State Street in a 4,223-square-foot space near Fabletics, Collars & Co. and True Classic. The Dallas-based café is known for its elevated coffee program, which is centered on responsible, transparent business practices from farm to cup. The chef-driven menu and inviting atmosphere make this coffee bar a favorite for both everyday visits and casual gatherings.

Now Open Rothy’s is now open in a 1,972-square-foot space at 307 Grand Avenue East, near Vuori and across from Tecovas. The brand is widely recognized for its stylish, machine-washable footwear and accessories crafted from recycled materials, blending sustainability with everyday comfort and versatility.
