Fort Worth Chamber Opens Applications for 2026 Small Business of the Year Awards The Fort Worth Chamber is now accepting applications for its 2026 Small Business of the Year Awards. Presented by Bank of Texas, these annual awards recognize Fort Worth small businesses that have demonstrated exemplary business practices.
Winners in four award categories, organized by company size and years in operation, will be announced during the Chamber’s annual “State of the City” luncheon on Dec. 10. Applications are open through 5 p.m. on Sept. 18. Both Chamber members and non-members are eligible to apply. Last year’s winners were the Jordan Elizabeth Harris Foundation, Bob Moore Construction, Pulliam Pools and At Your Home Caregiving of Texas, LLC. Fort Worth Chamber to Host “Let Freedom Swing” at Topgolf With a nod to America’s 250th birthday, the Fort Worth Chamber will host “Let Freedom Swing,” a patriotic-themed golf and networking event, from noon to 4 p.m. on June 25 at Topgolf Fort Worth.
Unlike a traditional golf tournament, participants will compete in team-based Topgolf games rather than on-course play. Activities will include a lunch buffet, golf pro tutorials for new players, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive contests, a patriotic costume contest, raffle drawings, and networking opportunities with members of the Fort Worth business community. Additional fees may apply for select contests.
The event serves as a fundraiser supporting the Chamber’s work on behalf of Fort Worth businesses and is open to both members and non-members. Registration is $250 per player or $2,000 per six-person team for members and $275 per player or $2,250 per six-person team for non-members. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Fort Worth Chamber Introduces Marketing Summer Camp for Business Professionals The Fort Worth Chamber will host “FWC Marketing Camp,” a one-day marketing and communications summit, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 15 at Fort Worth STEAM Academy. Designed for marketing professionals, communicators, small business owners, agency creatives and anyone responsible for promoting and growing an organization, the event will feature sessions on branding, public relations, AI, content creation, websites, paid media, crisis communications and marketing strategy. Attendees will also participate in networking and team-building activities throughout the day.
Sessions will be led by local experts from Kwedar & Co., Printed Threads, Story and Strategy, Bluebird Creative, Simpli.fi, StyleFW Pictures, Buzzworks, Balcom Agency, Copperhead Creative, and the Fort Worth Chamber.
The event is open to Chamber members and non-members. Early-bird registration through June 10 is $89 for members and $129 for non-members.
