Worth Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Katie Turner-Carr as SVP – Chief People Officer. Turner-Carr joins Worth Credit Union with extensive experience leading people strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, and leadership development across complex and highly regulated industries, including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and security. As a member of the executive leadership team, she will lead the credit union’s people and culture strategy, helping ensure the organization is positioned to attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting long-term growth and operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Turner-Carr has partnered closely with CEOs, boards of directors, and executive leadership teams to align organizational structure, talent strategies, leadership systems, and workplace culture with business objectives.
