GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas – In an off-market transaction, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has sold vacant land in the Lower Great Southwest Industrial District on behalf of a longtime owner to a local investment group and developer. The 2.18-acre industrial-zoned tract is located at 2603 Arkansas Lane in Grand Prairie. Cade Navarro, market director of Dallas-based Bradford, represented the seller, CNK-Solutions LLC. “Infill land is highly sought after in GSW. It’s hard to find industrial-zoned tracts that are for sale,” Navarro says.
The buyer, Rockbrook Equity LLC, has ticketed the site for a build-to-suit with outside storage. Chris Wong of Partners Real Estate represented the buyer in the off-market transaction.
The just-sold tract is situated at a hard corner with Forum Drive in an industrial pocket close to TX 303/Pioneer Parkway and Interstate 20.
