When it opens, the larger luxury hotel will take inspiration from the use and integration of native and natural materials, textiles, found objects and refined art found with the spirit of Americana and rooted in western history. The neighboring boutique hotel will operate at a more bespoke and intimate scale with a refined operational focus through the lens of western hospitality. Both hotels will provide distinctive lobby bars, guest rooms, and food and beverage offerings.
“Having spent the past 15 years leading the curation and renaissance of the Stockyards, I couldn’t be more excited to contribute to its on-going revival with this project.” said Craig Cavileer, Co-Founder Delightful Development.

“Few projects offer a genuine blank canvas, and fewer still come with the history and character the Stockyards bring to the table. We’re honored to help shape the next chapter of hospitality here. I have no doubt the result will be extraordinary. “ said Kayla Wilkie-Kinne, Co-Founder of Delightful Development.
The project is being developed as part of a public-private partnership with the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County-TIF #15 Groundbreaking is targeted for Fall 2027 and opening Spring 2030.
