FORT WORTH, Texas (August 18, 2026) — United Way of Tarrant County (UWTC) is investing in its next
chapter of growth, naming Kevin Berber as its new director of marketing and communications.
Berber will lead creative development and marketing and communications strategy, including
advertising, promotions and public relations, to support the organization’s mission and maximize its
exposure in local and national markets.

Officer. “His creativity, strategic mindset, and marketing expertise will bring fresh energy and innovation
to our work. We look forward to the impact he’ll have as we continue growing our reach and serving the
Tarrant County community.”
Berber brings more than 12 years of marketing and communications leadership to the role. He most
recently served as director of marketing and communications at an estate planning law firm in Plano.
Before that, he spent 10 years at the Better Business Bureau in Tyler, rising from digital media specialist
to director of marketing and communications and overseeing sales, communications and public
relations efforts.

help people connect with objectives and organizations that make a real difference,” said Berber. “Joining
United Way feels like a meaningful opportunity to combine my passion for marketing with work that
positively impacts our community.”
Berber holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/PR Integrated Communication
