A Fort Worth barbecue favorite is expanding its presence into the Historic Northside. LanCarte Commercial has facilitated the lease of 1540 N. Main Street, a 6,463-square-foot second-generation restaurant, to Panther City BBQ. Sarah LanCarte and Brittany Doyle of LanCarte Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
Situated along North Main Street, the property gives Panther City BBQ a home in one of Fort Worth’s most beloved entertainment districts. The existing kitchen and restaurant build-out means the concept can settle in with minimal disruption, right in the middle of the boots-and-bull-riding energy that draws locals and visitors alike, with easy, walkable access to the Stockyards’ restaurants, bars, live music venues, and nearby hotels.
Panther City BBQ was founded in Fort Worth and has built a strong local following for its Texas barbecue and Tex-Mex offerings. The restaurant currently operates at 201 E. Hattie Street and will bring its concept to 1540 N. Main Street, adding another Fort Worth location to its growing presence in the area. “The existing restaurant infrastructure and location make 1540 N. Main Street a natural fit for Panther City BBQ’s expansion,” said Brittany Doyle of LanCarte Commercial. “It’s exciting to see a local operator continue to grow and take on a space with such a long history in the area.”
LanCarte Commercial continues to provide retail leasing services throughout North Texas, representing both property owners and businesses in identifying locations that align with their operational and growth goals.
