Alliance land secured for new development

🕐 1 min read

Victory Real Estate Group has secured 22 acres at Alliance Town Center for a mixed-use development planned to feature a big box retailer, medical retailers and pad sites.

Names of the big box retailer and other tenants have not been disclosed for a project also planned to include a “junior box” retailer and small shops.

The project, on the northwest corner of Interstate 35W and Heritage Trace Parkway in north Fort Worth, is expected to reach completion by the end of 2015.

The property is part of the 18,000-acre AllianceTexas development, anchored by Best Buy, Belk, JC Penney, Sam Moon and more.

“The access and visibility of this site is ideal,” said Tony Ramji, president and CEO of Dallas-based Victory Real Estate Group, commenting in a news release.

Victory plans to close on the acreage by mid-June. Representing Victory in the deal were David Davidson Jr. and Edward Bogel of David and Bogel Real Estate.

Victory Real Estate Group is a commercial development and investment firm that has developed more than 1 million square feet of commercial real estate property since its 2005 inception.
