Amegy Bank will open its first Fort Worth office location in October. Amegy’s new Fort Worth headquarters will be in The Westbrook, a Class A office building located at 425 Houston Street on Sundance Square.

JLL secured the 8,091-square-foot office lease for the bank’s new headquarters.
JLL Vice President Jamie Galati represented Amegy Bank in the lease negotiations. Sundance Square’s Robert Gamblin represented the landlord.

Amegy Bank was founded over 25 years ago by Fort Worth native, TCU alumnus and Texas Business Hall of Fame member Walter Johnson. Amegy has since grown to $13 billion in assets with over 75 locations throughout Texas.
