A seasoned financial executive with over 30 years in banking, Rottner brings not only deep expertise but also a heart for community service. His career began in 1990 as a bookkeeper and teller for First National Bank of Texas in Decatur. Since those early days, Rottner has served in senior leadership roles such as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at First State Bank, President & CEO of North Texas Bank, and Wise County Market President for Wells Fargo Bank. His steady rise through the ranks speaks volumes about his operational know-how and customer-first mindset.

A longtime Decatur resident and former Citizen of the Year, Rottner has served in leadership roles with the United Way, Decatur Chamber of Commerce, WC Challenger Charities and the Center for Animal Research and Education (CARE), among others. His deep roots in Wise County position him to make an immediate impact.
