Sutton Frost Cary LLP, a full-service public accounting firm headquartered in Arlington, will merge with Greene & Ruggeberg PC effective Nov. 1.
Greene & Ruggeberg, a CPA firm also located in Arlington, brings more than 30 years of accounting, tax and consulting experience in a variety of industries.
For more than 25 years, SFC has worked with privately and publicly held businesses in construction, manufacturing, insurance, distribution and technology industries as well as nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plans.
The merger will strengthen SFC’s practice with the addition of expertise in real estate, tax and business valuation.
With the merger, the firm will grow to more than 45 employees, including eight partners, with an average of 22 years of public accounting experience, and 23 CPAs to help service the firm’s clients.
SFC will continue to serve existing clients, as well as GR clients, through its offices in Arlington and Fort Worth. GR has closed its Arlington office and relocated its team to SFC’s headquarters.
SFC is an independent member of BDO Alliance USA, a nationwide association of independently-owned local and regional accounting, consulting and service firms with similar client service goals.
