Boca Raton, Florida-based Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty Inc. has acquired Agency Acquisitions LLC, an Arlington-based insurance agency. The addition of Agency Acquisitions, LLC will add a niche service to the Seeman Holtz portfolio, as well as extend the company’s client base throughout Texas, according to a news release.
Agency Acquisitions, LLC will join the newly acquired Vincent Urban Walker agency located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty, Inc. remains focused on targeting high-quality independent agencies for geographic expansion and continued growth. With the addition of Agency Acquisitions, Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty closed its 12th agency acquisition for 2017.

No purchase price for the transaction was announced. Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty earlier in August announced the acquisition of Primera Capital, headquartered in Dallas.
