Auldridge-Griffin PC has renewed and expanded its lease in Fort Worth’s Ridglea Bank Building.
JLL represented the accounting firm in securing the nearly 1,500-square-foot expansion at the bank building at 6300 Ridglea Place. Pat McDowell of JLL negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant, with John Grace of Colliers International representing the unnamed landlord.
