Fort Worth and Cleburne-based accounting firm AuldridgeGriffin has been acquired by Houston-based Calvetti Ferguson.
AuldridgeGriffin has been serving clients for over 40 years. The office managing partner of the two offices will be Jack Auldridge Jr., CPA, who is a founding shareholder and has been involved in the Fort Worth and Cleburne business communities his entire career. Joining him are five partners, including Mike Griffin, CPA, another founding shareholder.

Adding AuldridgeGriffin allows Calvetti Ferguson to continue to build on its market position in Dallas‐Fort Worth. The team joins Calvetti Ferguson effective June 1, 2018. In January, Calvetti Ferguson acquired Holden & Parker, a Dallas-based accounting firm.
