Company that acquired Fort Worth company in 2018, announces Lewisville acquisition

Fortis Solutions Group LLC, a Virginia Beach-based portfolio company of San Francisco-based Main Post Partners, announced Jan. 2 it has acquired, Infinite Packaging Group Inc., a Lewisville and Catoosa, Oklahoma-based label company. In 2018, Fortis acquired Fort Worth-based Lewis Label, a custom manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging products. Established in 1964, Lewis was led by CEO Gibson D. Lewis, former Texas House Speaker.

Infinite Packaging is a portfolio company of Svoboda Capital Partners LLC.

Infinite, with facilities in Lewisville and Catoosa is a full-service converter of label products, including pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and complementary products and services. Infinite serves a diverse group of clients in several consumer vertical markets including consumer products, retail, food and beverage, nutraceuticals and health and beauty. In addition, the company has developed a specialized line of products and solutions for ecommerce sales.
