Fort Worth CPA firm relocates to South Hulen

Fort Worth-based Denke, McBride & Ryan CPAs is relocating their headquarters to recently redeveloped 4200 South Hulen, JLL announced.

JLL Managing Director Pat McDowell negotiated the new 7,116-square-foot office lease on behalf of the accounting firm. Transwestern’s Whit Kelly represented the landlord, 4200 S. Hulen Partners L.P.

According to JLL Research, the West/Southwest Fort Worth submarket, where both Make-A-Wish and Denke, McBride & Ryan are relocating, currently boasts the lowest total vacancy in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at 7.5 percent, year to date.
