Fort Worth restoration firm buys Dallas disaster recovery company

Interstate Restoration LLC, a Fort Worth-based emergency restoration and reconstruction firm helping businesses recover after a disaster, has acquired RESTORx, an emergency restoration service company headquartered in Dallas.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

RESTORx employees will remain in Dallas and join the Fort Worth Interstate team.

Interstate Restoration was founded in 1998 and specializes in repairing commercial property nationwide after fire, flood, and other natural and manmade disasters.

Founded in 1982, RESTORx operates only in Texas, repairing fire and flood damage in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The company has received several awards and certifications for its involvement in industry-related civic events.
