HOUSTON (AP) — Texas-based grocery store chain Fiesta Mart LLC has been sold to ACON Investments LLC.
Terms of the sale were not released Wednesday.
Fiesta, which caters to Hispanic consumers, is among the largest grocery chains in the U.S., with 60 stores in Texas. The company was founded in 1972 in Houston.
ACON is a Washington, D.C.-based international private equity investment firm.
