CPWR LLP, a full-service accounting firm headquartered in Addison, Texas, has joined
with Minneapolis-based professional services firm CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), effective Aug. 1.
Founded in 2005 through a merger of Colburn & Peterson PC, formed in 1994, and Williams & Williams CPAs, formed in 1999, CPWR provides a range of accounting, assurance and tax compliance and consulting services.
“CLA is the firm that takes care of Main Street America,” said CPWR Managing Partner Ron Colburn. “I can’t think of a better match as we help our clients thorugh the complexities of today’s market.”
Rick Baumeister is managing principal of CLA’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices.
