Kasper & Associates (K&A), a longtime Fort Worth-based merger and acquisition firm, has announced its alliance with Christie’s International Real Estate – Ultrre.
“K&A has had a long-standing relationship with the principals at Ulterre (formerly Giordano, Wegman, Walsh and Associates) on a referral basis, but it was determined that a more formal alliance made sense at this time,” said Managing Partner, Layne Kasper.

While K&A has been licensed for decades to sell real estate, the firm has traditionally only sold property in conjunction with business sale transactions. Under the new arrangement, Kasper will offer commercial real estate services with Christie’s – Ulterre in addition to K&A’s merger and acquisition activities.
“I can’t think of a more appropriate customer base to bring K&A’s M&A services to than the luxury clientele of Christie’s International,” said Kasper. “John and I have been friends for a long time. I’m excited to work with him and his team.”
