Rhino Medical Services has expanded its headquarters to a full floor in the Bank of America Building in North Arlington, increasing its office by nearly 40 percent to become the largest tenant in the class A project.
The health care staffing company has signed an early renewal and expansion, totaling 13,678 square feet, at 2000 E. Lamar Blvd., a seven-story glass building positioned midway between Dallas and Fort Worth. The firm will occupy the 5,256-square feet balance of the second floor Oct. 1 in a direct deal with the landlord, AOB Lamar LLC.
The Bank of America Building is now 90 percent leased. “The new development in multifamily and retail in North Arlington has helped us to retain existing tenants and attract new ones,” said Theron Bryant, principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW, who represents the Oklahoma City-based landlord. Currently, the largest available space is 4,513 square feet on the top floor.
Rhino Medical Services is marking its 13th year as a tenant in the mid-rise building. “It’s been fun to watch this tenant’s growth and successes through seven renewals and expansions in the Bank of America Building,” Bryant said.
Rhino Medical Services provides staffing solutions nationwide for healthcare providers, medical centers, hospitals, government facilities, freestanding ERs and outpatient centers.
The Bank of America Building, developed in 1985, is one of Arlington’s most recognizable office properties sitting on nearly five acres atop a hill overlooking Interstate 30. The property, with easy interstate access, is close to TX 360, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and two exits west of Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington’s Entertainment District. Amenities include full-service banking, on-site management, high-speed elevators and ample parking for tenants and visitors.
