Fort Worth-based Morrison Supply Co. has acquired all assets of Kiva Kitchen & Bath with four showrooms in Southern California and four showrooms in Texas, making the firm one of the largest contract distributors of appliances to the trade in the southwest.
The eight Kiva showrooms, with locations in Houston (two), Austin, San Antonio, San Diego and Los Angeles/Anaheim (three), will operate as Expressions Home Gallery, owned by parent company Morsco, which dates back to 1917. Expressions Home Gallery is designed for builders, homeowners, contractors and interior designers and offers kitchen, bath, lighting fixtures and appliances. The newly acquired locations will continue to offer appliances, plumbing, hardware, cabinets, countertops and outdoor cooking from brands such as Whirlpool, Electrolux, GE, Bosch/Thermador, Sub-Zero/Wolf, Viking, Blanco, Rohl and Baldwin.
Morsco operates four companies, Morrison Supply Co. throughout the southwest; Express Pipe and Supply in Southern California; Farnsworth Wholesale Supply in Phoenix and Tempe, Ariz.; and Wholesale Specialties in Denver.
