NBC complex in east Fort Worth sold

NBC Universal Media's regional headquarters in east Fort Worth has been sold.

NBC Universal Media’s regional headquarters has been sold, with Olympus Ventures snapping up the 75,000-square-foot facility at The Campus @ CentrePort office park in east Fort Worth.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

Representing the seller were CBRE’s Eric Mackey, Gary Carr, John Alvarado, Robert Hill, and Pete Van Amburgh.

Developer KDC’s sale to Olympus comes two years after it constructed the building. The facility is leased to NBC Universal Media.

“This offering checked all of the boxes with respect to what investors are looking for today: a stable, investment-grade cash flow coupled with a premier corporate community,” said Eric Mackey, senior vice president of CBRE Capital Markets Investment Properties in a news release.

“NBC Universal regional headquarters presented investors with an exceptional opportunity to acquire a recently constructed, state-of-the-art office asset with a stable income stream that is backed by the long-term commitment of one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies,” Mackey said.
