Mortgage Contracting Services LLC, a Plano-based property services provider to the financial services industry, is relocating its corporate headquarters to Lewisville.
The company has signed a lease at 350 Highland Drive and is expected to complete the move this summer. MCS’ new 120,000-square-foot building can accommodate up to 720 employees. The new facility is 50,000 square feet larger than the company’s Plano headquarters, which is home to roughly 450 current employees.
“This move allows MCS to continue to grow and serve our clients,” said MCS CEO Caroline Reaves in a news release. “The proximity to major highways and DFW Airport will promote our ability to service clients nationwide and enhance our mission to protect and preserve communities across the country.”
MCS is a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, foreclosed property maintenance and valuations to the financial services industry. It recently celebrated its 30-year anniversary.
MCS was represented in the move by David Wetherington, executive vice president at Colliers International in Dallas.
