Shop Companies closes on Fort Worth, Rowlett retail centers

The Shops at Hulen has been purchased, with a New Jersey-based private corporation snapping up the 28,382-square-foot property in Fort Worth.

The Shops at Hulen in Fort Worth and Lakeview Crossing in Rowlett have been sold, with Tommy Tucker and Tim Axilroad of Shop Companies Investment Sales representing the sellers in both transactions.

Purchasing the Shops at Hulen was a private New Jersey corporation. At the time of closing, the 28,382-square-foot center at Hulen Street and Ledgestone Drive was 59 percent occupied by DaVita Dialysis, Sally Beauty Supply and Eyecrafters, among other tenants. The seller was a Texas-based limited company.

Purchasing Lakeview Crossing was a private, Houston-based LLC. At the time of closing, the 49,693-square-foot property was 72.4-percent occupied by Big Lots and Royal Buffet, among other tenants. The seller was a Dallas-based LLC.
