Texas Capital Bank has leased 19,000 square feet at One City Place and will move from its current location at The Tower to become the first tenant to occupy the 300 Throckmorton St. building, according to Holt Lunsford Commercial Inc.

“We’ve received the building certificate of occupancy so we can start tentative improvements today,” said Geoff Shelton of Holt Lunsford. The bank signed a 10-year lease for 3,000 square feet on retail space on the ground level and 16,000 square feet on the second floor for office space, Shelton said. Representing Spire Realty Group LP, which owns the tower, in the transaction were Shelton and Matt Carthey, with Terry Quinn, Eddie Tillman and Parker Handlin of Avis and Young representing Texas Capital Bank.
